Undetectable.io California Profiles on an LA Line
Undetectable.io is the antidetect browser we recommend first, and it pairs well with a Los Angeles carrier line because it can read the proxy and set the profile's time zone and location to match. That takes most of the consistency rule off your plate. This guide walks through creating a California profile from scratch: adding the line, letting Undetectable.io derive the geography, choosing a sensible fingerprint, and checking the result before you sign into anything. It assumes you already have an active line in your California Proxies dashboard.
What you need before you start
Three things: an Undetectable.io account with the desktop app installed, an active Los Angeles line from California Proxies with its HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 endpoint, username and password visible in your dashboard, and a clear idea of what the profile is for. The last one matters because it decides whether you want the address sticky or rotating, and whether the profile should be desktop or mobile.
If you have not bought a line yet, the hourly plan at $2 for two hours on 4G is enough to build and test a profile. Hours count toward a day plan if you keep going. Grab your endpoint from the dashboard at ca.californiaproxies.com before you open Undetectable.io so you can paste it in one go.
Add the Los Angeles line as a proxy
Undetectable.io keeps proxies in a shared list that any profile can use, so add the line once and reuse it. SOCKS5 is the better choice if your profile does anything beyond plain web pages; HTTP(S) is fine for ordinary browsing and is what most people pick first.
- Open Undetectable.io and go to the Proxies section in the left menu.
- Click Add proxy and choose the type that matches your endpoint: HTTP for the HTTP(S) port or SOCKS5 for the SOCKS5 port.
- Paste the host and port from your California Proxies dashboard, then the username and password for the line.
- Give the proxy a name you will recognise later, such as LA AT&T 4G, and save it.
- Click Check on the saved proxy. Undetectable.io should report the external address, the country as United States and the region as California, with a Los Angeles or California location.
Create the California profile
With the proxy saved, build the profile around it. The important choices are the operating system and browser the fingerprint claims, and whether the geography is derived from the proxy. Let the app derive it; that is the single setting that keeps the clock and the address in agreement without manual work.
- Go to Profiles and click New profile.
- Name the profile after the account or task it will carry, not after the proxy, so you can move it between lines later if you need to.
- Choose the operating system and browser the profile should present. A current Windows or macOS desktop browser is the ordinary choice; pick Android only if the account was created on a phone and you intend to keep it that way.
- In the Proxy field, select the Los Angeles line you saved.
- In the geolocation and time zone settings, leave them on the automatic option so they are derived from the proxy. The profile will report America/Los_Angeles and a Southern California location.
- Set the language to en-US. Add a second language only if the account genuinely uses one.
- Leave WebRTC on the mode that masks your real address and reports the proxy address instead.
- Save and start the profile.
Check before you sign in
The profile is open and running on the line. Before you log into anything, confirm that what the browser reports matches what you expect. This takes a minute and saves you from discovering a leftover setting after the account has already seen it.
- Open a lookup page in the profile and read the external IP. It should be a carrier address with the carrier's ASN, placed in Los Angeles or California.
- Check the reported time zone on the same page. It should be America/Los_Angeles with the current Pacific offset.
- Check the reported languages. en-US should be first.
- Run a WebRTC check and confirm the only address shown is the proxy address.
- Open a second lookup page and confirm it agrees on the state. Metro-level differences between services are normal; a different state is not, and means you should rotate and recheck.
Sticky or rotating for this profile
For an account that should look like one person, leave the address alone. The carrier keeps the session for as long as it keeps it, which is often most of a day, and when the carrier changes the address on its own the profile simply carries on with the new one. For checks that should see a spread of addresses, such as store-locator or ad-serving sweeps, use the rotation link from your dashboard between runs; the profile keeps its fingerprint and only the address changes.
If you run several profiles, give each account its own line rather than sharing one SIM between accounts. Two accounts on the same carrier address at the same time are linked by that address, and a rotation triggered for one changes it for the other. Lines are cheap enough that this is not worth economising on.
Common snags
If the proxy check fails, the usual cause is a typo in the port or a mix-up between the HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 ports; both are listed in your dashboard and they are different numbers. If the profile reports the wrong time zone, the automatic option was switched off, usually because the profile was cloned from one with manual settings. If a site shows the real-address version of a page, a tab was opened outside the profile; close it and work only inside the profile window.
Anything else, write to [email protected] or message @CaliforniaProxiesBot on Telegram. Someone is there around the clock and has seen most of it.
Frequently asked
Does Undetectable.io need a special proxy format for a mobile line?
No. The line is a standard HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 proxy with a username and password. Paste the host, port and credentials as they appear in your California Proxies dashboard.
Should the profile claim to be a phone because the address is cellular?
Only if the account lives on a phone. A desktop fingerprint on a carrier address is ordinary in Los Angeles, where plenty of people tether. Internal consistency matters more than the device type.
Can I use one Undetectable.io proxy entry for many profiles?
You can, but you should not for accounts that must stay separate. Shared address means shared history. Use one line per account and one proxy entry per line.
What if the rotation changes the address while the profile is open?
The profile keeps working on the new address. Pages already open may need a refresh. The fingerprint and time zone do not change because they were derived from the same carrier in the same metro.
